The Official Kids Club of the Washington Capitals

Caps Kids Club membership is available to children 12 and under.

A parent or guardian can sign up by selecting Join Now on this page. Choose a membership, add your child, and complete a quick parental verification step at checkout. There’s no password to remember: you sign in with your email and a one-time code.

Your Caps Kids Club membership starts the day you join. Your benefits will be active until the season’s membership ends or if you delete your account. The current membership begins in September 2026 and ends in June 2027. You can renew for next season as soon as it goes on sale, or you can choose to have your membership renew automatically.

There are three membership levels – FREE, Standard, and VIP. Each comes with different benefits.

Monthly newsletters and other exclusive offers for parents, plus access to the Kids Club online with trivia, activities, and more. Free members earn points too; trading points for prizes is for Standard and VIP members.

Points can be earned by completing designated activities. Points are added to your child’s account automatically, with no codes to enter. Each child has their own points and can see what they earned them for. Activities include reading books, attending or watching Caps games, and more.

Standard and VIP members can redeem points in the Prize Store inside the Kids Club. Open your child’s page, choose a prize, and confirm. Each prize shows whether it ships to you or is picked up. The points come off that child’s balance.

Points do not roll over year to year and expire at the end of the Capitals season.

Kits are shipped unless purchasing on-site at designated Capitals events.

Kits ship shortly after your order. Standard shipping then takes 3 to 5 business days.

All sales are final once your order has been submitted.
